The Qlearsite Adapt Score can help you understand how flexible individuals in your organisation are and how they strive for improvement by constructively challenging the status quo. This measure is a complimentary metric to Organisational Fitness.

The Adapt Score is based on the responses to the statement:

If you score high in Adapt

High scores in Adapt indicate that your employees are able to quickly and effectively respond to changing situations and environments. This can be especially valuable in today’s fast-paced business world, where change is constant and the ability to adapt is critical for success.

Employees who are adaptable are able to think on their feet and find creative solutions to problems, which can help to improve the overall performance and productivity of your team. Additionally, adaptable employees are often more resilient and able to handle stress and pressure, which can be an important trait in high-stress work environments. Overall, having adaptable employees on your team can be a major asset to your organization.

If you score low in Adapt

Low scores in Adapt may indicate that your employees may struggle to effectively respond to changing situations and environments. This can lead to reduced organisational performance and productivity, as well as increased stress and frustration for your team.

In some cases, low Adapt scores can be indicators of employee retention issues, as those who are unable to adapt to new challenges or changes in the workplace may become disengaged and less motivated. To improve adaptability among your employees, it may be helpful to provide training and development opportunities that focus on building this skill, such as workshops on problem-solving and critical thinking. Additionally, creating a supportive and flexible work environment can help employees to feel more comfortable adapting to change.
