Head of Sales

We have established ourselves with a rapidly growing customer portfolio and are now seeking to grow our presence in London and internationally. You’ll be joining to lead our sales team, which encompasses the UK and overseas, reporting into our Founders.
As a member of the management team, you will help establish Qlearsite as a market-leading provider of surveying and analytics software. You will ensure Qlearsite builds a high performing sales function that will drive profitable, long-lasting customer relationships with new customers.
Sales Leader - As our most senior revenue leader, the business will place on you the trust and responsibility to grow the sales function and our sales growth targets. You will be solution orientated, identifying opportunities for growth and making clear and actionable recommendations as to how to capitalise on them.
Execution - You will have experience of setting clear daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets across the individuals in each of the commercial teams (origination, closing and partner teams), that when achieved will deliver our ambitious ARR growth targets. You will work closely with team leads to help fit everything together such that the wider team is greater than the sum of its parts.
Strategic Focus and Planning - You will blend domain expertise, data and instinct to experiment, test, adapt and deliver positive movement across all our sales metrics. You will need to scale our sales team and organise it to ensure that our targets can be achieved. You will own the sales hiring plan and will work with other commercial leads to ensure that the team requirements are translated into a ‘live’ and proactive planning document.
Talent and productivity - You will own the productivity and output metrics of the entire sales team. You will set up and manage the team to drive excellence across all sales metrics, from conversion rates and length of sales cycle, to deal size and individual targets.
Hiring, Coaching and Training - You will be a people focussed manager. Developing and coaching your team will be core to your and the team’s success. Data and insight led - We are a data driven business, and you will be expected to provide regular, accurate reports and forecasts. We use data to create a shared understanding of problems and opportunities that informs better quality collaboration and decision-making. You will have an eye for detail and will combine your instinct, data and expertise to set the strategic focus for the team and continuously improve the output from the team. The insight that can be gained from an actively managed CRM is priceless in achieving our ambitions and you will be responsible for creating a culture of data ownership and for highlighting, through data, how Qlearsite can optimise for success across all disciplines.
Institute best practice - You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, and you will do this through easy to understand process improvements. You will implement best practices by leveraging lessons learned or experiences gained in previous roles. You will create a feedback culture to continuously stay close to the needs of our customers and the market, and use such feedback to consistently improve Qlearsite’s customer value proposition. You will also work closely with the rest of Qlearsite to ensure that any learnings and customer feedback is reflected in product road map and delivery / implementation discussions.
