You’ve decided to collect employee feedback using an anonymous survey, and you know you need to collect attribute data. How should you structure your questions?

Two of the most common and useful attributes you can include are age and tenure. These two attributes alone provide insight into demographic and experiential factors that can influence respondent feedback and behaviour. Here are our recommendations on how to collect this attribute data.
