Whitelisting IP addresses and domains

To ensure that you do not miss any emails sent out from the Qlearsite application, your IT department should whitelist our IP addresses and add our sender domains to your email allow list. Please see below for details.

Supported Email Systems

Qlearsite emails are only guaranteed to be correctly formatted and accessible on one of our officially supported email systems:

  • Microsoft Outlook v16 or greater
  • Google mail

Whitelisting

Email server IPs to whitelist, to ensure delivery of emails:

  • 185.211.123.104
  • 185.250.238.6

Internet Firewall Whitelisting

Please ensure that the following root domain .qlearsite.com and all subdomains are allowed by your internet firewall.
