Can I use my company branding?
Yes. We’ll include your company logo and primary brand colour in the survey design.
What languages do you support?
Currently the survey questions are in English and Norwegian.
Who sets up the surveys?
We do. We’ll send you a digital onboarding link to get all the details we need, then our team will generate the survey link for you.
I have a large organisation, can I get a more granular view into the teams or locations?
Yes. As standard we will include a question about your teams. You have an option to choose an optional question for deeper insight. For example, location, tenure, employee type etc.
How do I distribute the surveys?
You can share the link in whatever way suits you best - through email, Slack or similar.
How do our employees complete the survey?
The survey experience is optimised to desktop, mobile and tablet. Your staff and employees simply follow the survey link (url) and submit their answers.
Can you help me with communication plans?
Yes. When we share your survey links we’ll give you suggested communications that have been written by our team.
We’ll also include suggestions for what to do once you’ve received your survey results and the actions you should take.
